Coffee Break Cafe in Quincy is a gem for breakfast. Their freshly baked muffins and bagels are delicious, and I loved their selection of coffee and Two Leaves and a Bud brand tea. They offer plenty of gluten-free, vegan, and traditional snacks, which is great for variety. There are three stairs at the entrance, but I'm sure they'd accommodate outdoor seating if needed. The chai I had was tasty, a bit sweeter than I usually make it, but still enjoyable. I also tried a Berg Bite, which was pretty good! This was my first visit since we were in the area, and I was blown away by the friendliness of the staff. They were so attentive, making sure our drinks were just right. I wish this place were closer to where I live because I'd love to visit more often. Everything about Coffee Break Cafe is outstanding. I've been to many coffee houses, and this one is top-notch. The service was super polite and fun, and the team was really helpful. The coffee is fantastic, and the bagels are amazing—especially the cinnamon raisin with maple bacon spread, which was absolutely delicious!

Despite a few hiccups, such as the absence of a bathroom and my personal preference for more space, I found the cafe to be friendly with decent food offerings. The community feel is strong, and while there were some past issues, the staff seemed to care about making things right. I've been coming to Fael's Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner quite a bit, and from the very first time, Robbie and Rosie have been amazing servers. They make every visit special with their friendly and attentive service. My favorite breakfast order is Fael’s Combo with a side of their corned beef hash—it's absolutely delicious. After losing our favorite breakfast spot in Allston, my partner and I have been on the lookout for a new favorite, and Fael's definitely checks all the boxes with its great food and fantastic hospitality. Robbie and Rosie really add to the experience with their warmth. Fael's offers some of the best breakfast food in Quincy. The omelettes are amazing, and it's become one of our go-to spots for breakfast. We've been here multiple times, and the food consistently impresses. The only thing I wish for is that the Fael’s Combo came with home fries, so I didn't have to order them separately. I'm pretty sure my boyfriend and I have tried almost every breakfast place in Quincy, but we stumbled upon this gem next to Dairy Queen while making sure we hadn't missed any. It's a decent-sized spot, and I imagine it fills up quickly on weekends. We visited around noon for brunch, and the service was quick, with coffee refills always coming promptly. We went for the basic eggs, toast, bacon/sausage, and shared a pancake. The portions were generous and satisfying, and the pancake was the perfect size for two to share—not overwhelmingly huge like at some places. The service was speedy, the food was tasty, and the prices were reasonable, making it a perfect spot for a quick breakfast. While the decor might be a bit outdated, it doesn't detract from the overall great experience Fael's provides.

Emma Lisa’s Breakfast & Lunch is such an adorable little spot! It has a quaint feel that reminds me of the good old days. Though the inside is small, it adds to the charm. I tried the corned beef hash, banana French toast, and brioche French toast egg Sammie, and they were all wonderful! The food isn't fancy, but it tastes great. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by for breakfast or lunch. The place is in a convenient location on a main street, with a large free parking lot, which is a big plus. The interiors are pleasant with music playing, comfortable seating, and clean restrooms. The service was very good, with Melissa being especially wonderful—she was professional, kind, and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty, with generous portions at reasonable prices. Overall, I had a very good experience. The inch-thick French toast is my favorite! While it can be a bit of a wait—about 10-15 minutes to get seated on a Sunday morning—it's definitely worth it. We got takeout, so I can’t fully comment on the sit-down experience, but the service was fast and great. The Mexican breakfast burrito and home fries were delicious (although the chorizo has a bit of a kick), and the big iced coffee hit the spot at a great price.

I had an amazing experience at Flour Bakery + Cafe in Quincy for breakfast. Joanne Chang never disappoints! Their breakfast options are top-notch, especially the Breakfast Egg Sandwich with bacon or ham, and their thick French toast is a must-try. I couldn't resist trying their brown butter cinnamon roll, which was a perfect 10/10. The banana bread was super moist and dense without being heavy, and their unique pastries like apricot and lemon ginger scones, and strawberry pop tarts were delightful. The pastries also include savory options like cheese scones, and the devil’s food cake truffle is addictive with its light, moist interior and delicate shell. The espresso in their coffee drinks is bold and smooth, making it a perfect pick-me-up. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, with friendly and helpful staff who know their products inside out and offer great recommendations. It’s a quieter spot on weekday mornings but gets busy during lunch. Flour Bakery truly radiates love and passion in its design, atmosphere, and food. Even though I only had three days in Boston, I visited every day. It's hands down one of the best bakeries I've ever been to. Everything I tasted was spectacular. Thanks to Flour Bakery for making my visit delicious and memorable, particularly the sticky buns and the avocado toast. Delicious, as usual!

Such friendly service! The food was fantastic, and the drinks were top shelf! Granite Street Cafe is a cozy, tucked-away gem that I would highly recommend to anyone. The only problem with this place is the menu has so many great options that you just can't decide. I met friends here for my first visit, and they have a great selection of breakfast items. We all tried something different, and we all agreed: if we're near here again, this is the place to go! My head is still spinning just from seeing all the "benedicts" on the menu. Two people at my table had them, and wow. The service was a little short-handed, but it was no big deal. The food was great, and I loved my mimosa. Our server was awesome, and I definitely will be going back for breakfast again. It was the best breakfast we've had in a long time! Nobody does a better eggs Benedict around the south shore. Drinks are nice and strong. Assembly is the best in Quincy! The service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, and Mike, the bartender, really stood out. Despite my complicated order, he was patient and got everything perfect, all while keeping up great conversation with me and staying attentive to the other guests—impressive multitasking! The food was amazing. Every dish was flavorful and perfectly cooked. It’s rare to find a place that balances great service with equally fantastic food, but Assembly does it flawlessly. I'll definitely be coming back. Among the menu’s delights, the seafood pasta, fried calamari, and pizza are my top choices. The seafood pasta features a rich, flavorful sauce with a variety of fresh seafood—shrimp, mussels, and calamari. The fried calamari is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with a zesty marinara sauce. The pizza, with its thin, crispy crust and generous toppings, strikes the perfect balance between traditional and innovative flavors. Overall, Assembly offers a wonderful dining experience with high-quality dishes and an inviting ambiance. The atmosphere is lively with multiple screens for sports viewing. Food is generally very good, though service can be slow depending on the crowd and day of the week. Still, the positive experience keeps me coming back for more.

While in Quincy for business, I was thrilled to find Liberty Tavern near my hotel. The Brussel Sprouts were the best I've ever had, and the Truffalo Mac was a delightful combo of truffle and buffalo sauce. During my visit, I enjoyed the breakfast poutine, though it was a bit too salty with the cheesy sauce on the tatertots, and the sunny side egg was slightly underdone. However, the shrimp tacos were perfectly seasoned and cooked. For seating, I appreciated that the waitress noticed my grandma's accessibility issues and seated us at a low-top table. It would be great if they added more low-top seating options. The burrata split pea salad was surprisingly good, with the everything seasoning pairing nicely with the Brussel Sprouts. The chicken picatta was tasty, though the focaccia was too oily. We finished with the vanilla cheesecake, but the lack of strawberries made it too sweet, so we didn't finish it. During the day, especially around lunchtime, there seems to be enough seating, as we found out when I took my wife and sister there for lunch on a Friday. We ordered a few different dishes: my wife had a chicken sub she really enjoyed, and my sister was quite pleased with her salad. I went for a meatball sub, which wasn’t the best I've ever had, but it made me want to come back and try something else, perhaps one of their Mediterranean specialties. They've got these homemade potato chips/fries that are quite unique—my wife loved them, although they weren't my favorite. Service was friendly, and street parking was pretty decent. Plus, they didn’t hold back on the bourbon pour, which I appreciated. Prices are reasonable, making it a good value for the quality of food you get. Overall, if you're in Quincy Center and looking to support a small local business, Rozafa Mediterranean Bistro is a solid choice.

We visited Fowler House Cafe on January 1st, and it quickly became a favorite spot for us. It was one of the few places open, and we were thrilled to find a seat for all seven of us on the bar side without waiting. The atmosphere was lively with bowl games on, which added to the fun. The service was impressive, even though they were short-staffed and the place was packed by the time we left. It's amazing how fast and attentive the service was given how busy it got with people watching football. Overall, Fowler House Cafe provided us with a great dining experience. I had the pleasure of dining at Garden Patch by the Sea for breakfast in Quincy, and it was an excellent experience! As someone who isn't typically into vegan or vegetarian food, I was blown away by their impressive selection. My girlfriend, who's vegan, and I were visiting the area, and we both found something to enjoy. She opted for the fish burger and fries, while I went with the California burger and fries. Both dishes were delicious, and even though I'm not vegan, the flavors were spot on. The location is charming, positioned right by the ocean, which made for a perfect setting. The service was top-notch; the owner was incredibly friendly and passionate about the food. This enthusiasm truly enhanced our visit. On previous occasions, I've been here during my lunch breaks and tried the steak and cheese sub, a personal favorite, and the BBQ chicken sandwich. Though I found the BBQ sauce amazing, I would have liked more chicken for the price. I also tried a chocolate frappe, which was decent but could use more chocolate flavor and a thicker consistency. Overall, Garden Patch by the Sea is my favorite vegan spot in the area. Craig, the owner, is wonderful, and his clam chowder, steak bomb, and lobster roll are a must-try. Stopping by Quincy on my way to Plymouth Rock was a great decision, especially since I got to visit the first Dunkin' store. While the variety of donuts is pretty much like any other Dunkin' location, the charm of this place lies in its history and the chance to snap some photos with the original signage. Holding my coffee in front of the original location felt like a moment to cherish. I even had a nice chat with a local Quincy police officer who shared some stories, adding to the experience. The coffee was fresh and hot, just as you'd expect, helping me kick off my day with a jolt of Dunkin' energy. The exterior of the store, with its retro logo, gives it a unique vibe compared to other locations. Though the parking is tight, and the interior is small with a limited number of tables, the place had a decent crowd on a weekday evening. The online order took a little longer than expected, but my drink was prepared with care and looked appealing. I had the Small Iced Churro Signature Latte and enjoyed the churro flavor, especially the whipped cream. The price was fair for what you get. The French Cruller Donut, although smaller than I'd hoped, still tasted great and paired nicely with my latte. Overall, this Dunkin' location stands out for its historical significance and decent service. Despite not being in the original building, it's a neat place to visit for any Dunkin' fan. The employees seemed unaware of the location's historical importance, but I still found it a rewarding stop for my morning coffee and donut fix. As a neighborhood spot, it hits the mark, and I'll definitely be back. The Brussels sprouts were well-made and crunchy, and my friend loved her fried pickles. The staff was really kind and understanding as we had a baby with us, and babies tend to do their own thing. Our waitress even brought out her own personal tea when my friend mentioned she wanted some. The turkey burger had rice mixed into the patty, which was unexpected, but it was still pretty good.
